Ventura Publisher Techniques and Applications

This was my very first published book. I’d been working in the marketing department at Que Publishing for about a year, doing a little technical editing on the side, when the opportunity came for me to write a book of my own. Ventura Publisher was the hot desktop publishing program of the day, and the one I used to put together our catalogs and marketing materials, so it was a natural topic. The result was the book Ventura Publisher Techniques and Applications, published in March 1989. Long out of print, of course, and most people today have never heard of the application.
